• Booking Requirements: Please book a minimum of 48 hours prior to when your hire period begins.
   

• Damage Policy: Minor scuff marks caused by transit or handling are acceptable upon return. However, any structural damage will incur an additional charge.
   

• Loss/Misplacement: If the plinth is lost or misplaced, a fee equivalent to its full replacement cost will be charged.
   

• Exclusive Use: The plinth may only be used by the person or entity specified in the agreement and must not be loaned or borrowed by others.
   

• Hire Duration/Minimum Spend: The minimum spend is £40 and the plinths are hired at £10 or £15 per day.
   

• Cancellation/Refund Policy:  If a cancellation is made more than 2 weeks prior to the booking then you will receive a full refund. Any cancellation less than 2 weeks results in a 50% refund.
   

• Return Deadline: Please return the plinths to the designated storage location in Deptford by 8pm on the day of hire (or midday on the day following the hire period at the absolute latest).
   

• Bespoke Plinths: Custom-made plinths are non-refundable once the order has been made.
